Bonaudi delivers final college address

Col. Clyde Owen stands next to the bronze plaque in his honor revealed at Big Bend Community College's State of the College address. Owen was Larson Air Force Base's last commander and was the first manager of the Port of Moses Lake. He helped the college acquire its campus after the base closed.
