NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD May 14, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request from the Grant County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $6,500.00 to purchase four (4) scanners for use with the District Court Video Arraignment System.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD May 14, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request from the Grant County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $6,500.00 to purchase four (4) scanners for use with the District Court Video Arraignment System.  Funding will be appropriated through their Corrections budget and reimbursed from their inmate telephone contract.  Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
