Tigers take down Vikings

EPHRATA - It was all business when Ephrata hosted Selah in CWAC golf competition Friday. And when the last ball found the cup, the Tigers came out the victor at the Lakeview Country Club.
Ephrata, led by brothers Aaron (33) and Andrew Whalen (34), finished with a team score of 145, which was 35 strokes fewer than Selah's 180 for nine holes of golf.
Tyler Janasz carded a 41, Josh Johnson shot 44, and Mason Buchert turned in a 5 to finish out the scoring for the Tigers.
Ephrata is back on the links March 26 when the team hits the road to participate in the Grandview Invite.
