The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 12-02 Amending the Royal City Municipal Code to Enact a New Chapter 3.30, Titled "Royal City Transportation Benefit District", Establishing a Transportation Benefit District, Specifying the Boundaries for the Transportation Benefit District, Specifying the Maintenance and Preservation of Existing Transportation Improvements, and Other Street Improvements When Designated on State and Regional Plans. This ordinance was passed on the 6th day of March, 2012, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
