Reader upset by how caucus was run

The Washington State Republican Party said show up by 9:30 a.m. Rick Santorum's website said show up by 9:30 a.m. I showed up at 9 a.m. and was part of the 1,500 turned away. The WSRP has a "Caucus and Convention Manual" with the caucus rules. I saw Rule 4 and Rule 13 violated.

Somehow the Romney camp was better informed and were there in front of everybody. I am certain that Romney does not hold a 10+ point advantage over Rick here in Benton County. Democracy failed in Kennewick on March 3, 2012. This voter needs an explanation on why his voting rights were violated legally?

Here in Moses Lake it was confusion also, our caucus place had 75 people, we walked in and it was all Romney pushing, Paul people were very upset also. We took our straw poll. Then this tall man said OK Romney has the votes, pick a delegate. We all voiced harshly against this pushing to an end. Santorum and Ron Paul had more than half of the straw votes total, Romney could not get this small group but he did win the straw poll total, but not by a wide margin.

People were just saying he can beat Obama, I said no he cant! I am from the New England area, and he is pulling your strings.

They did say, "Well yes, he is not what we want totally but he is organized," I said. "Yeah with his checkbook."

This Romney supporter reminded me of someone who already sits in the president seat, and a person who was bullying the caucus to fit his needs, he even insulted the lady in the wheel chair running things as non-informational. Our county (Grant) got duped.
