Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an application for the development of the Othello Nazarene Church on a parcel of land located in a R-2 Zone.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Othello City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an application for the development of the Othello Nazarene Church on a parcel of land located in a R-2 Zone. The Othello Municipal code requires Council approval to place a church facility in a residential zone. The property is located within the City of Othello at the NE corner of Scooteny Street and 10th Ave. The Responsible Official for the City of Othello has issued a Determination of Non-Significance for this project. An open record hearing will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 shortly after 7 p.m. at the Othello Council Chambers, 500 E Main Street, Othello, Washington. The application is available for public review at The City of Othello, 500 E Main, Othello, WA. Any person interested in this matter is encouraged to attend and provide testimony. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This will be the only open record hearing on this application.
