MOSES LAKE - Ross Dress for Less is coming to Moses Lake, and will remodel the old Food Pavilion building, at 911 North Stratford Road. But rumors that a Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts store might be joining them in the building appear to be unfounded.
"In regards to the rumor, I was not able to find any information to substantiate it," said Joe Adams, public relations specialist for Jo-Ann.
Anne Henning, senior planner for the City of Moses Lake, said city officials have been talking with Ross, but no permit applications or plans have been submitted. City officials do expect an application soon, she said, but couldn't give a timeline.
Ross officials agreed to answer submitted questions, but had not replied by press time.
Timelines kick in after permits are filed, Henning said, but nothing starts until paperwork is submitted.
