NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

Franklin County Board of Commissioners will be holding a public hearing to discuss an amendment to the Franklin County Development Regulations (Zoning Ordinance), TC 2012-01.

Said application, as forwarded by the County Planning Commission, is to amend the Franklin County Development Regulations-Zoning Ordinance 7-2005. Said text amendment is to clarify, change or amend the zoning text included in Chapter 2 (Violations/Penalties and Enforcement) of the Franklin County Development Regulations (Zoning) Ordinance #7-2005.

The public hearing will be held on July 11, 2012 at the hour of 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301.

The text of the proposed amendment is available for review in the Planning and Building Department at the Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington 99301, and will be mailed upon request or by calling (509) 545-3521 to answer any questions. All interested person are invited to attend.
