MOSES LAKE - The FBI released the name of a man they believe robbed two banks in western Washington last week before targeting a Moses Lake bank Tuesday.

Gorricho Desue, 44, is reportedly suspected of robbing a Mount Vernon Bank of America last Tuesday and a Key Bank in Newcastle last Thursday before robbing the Bank of America on East Third Avenue in Moses Lake Tuesday.

Moses Lake Police Capt. Dave Sands, who passed along the suspect's name Thursday, said the FBI does not wish to release a picture of Desue at this time.

According to local Bank of America employees, a man matching Desue's description entered the bank about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday and produced a note demanding money. Moses Lake Police Chief Dean Mitchell said on Tuesday the note may have implied the man was armed, but no weapon was seen.

The robber reportedly obtained an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot. Sands said nothing leads police to believe he's still in the area.

The robbery suspect is described as a black male, between 30 to 34 years of age, measuring six feet tall and weighing approximately 240 pounds. He reportedly had facial hair and was wearing glasses, a neck brace and a large bandage on his face. The man was wearing blue jeans, a dark shirt with black collar and a ball cap, according to police.

Anyone who may have seen the suspect is asked to contact Sgt. Mike Williams at 509-764-3887.
