Shriner's Circus appreciated

| June 22, 2012 6:00 AM

On May 6, 120 foster parents and their kids were able to enjoy the Shriner's Circus here in Moses Lake.

A huge thank you to local businesses (AAA Concrete, Central Washington Asphalt, Central Washington Machine (Case) & Meirs Dev. Co, Ranch and Home/Caldwell Banker) who paid for these tickets so that our foster children and parents could enjoy it!

Also big, big, big thank you to Hal and Judi Gruver for getting the tickets and thinking of our kids in the first place!

Foster parents have also been given another opportunity for a night of private swimming at the Moses Lake Slip and Slide. Thank you to Lemargie Kenison Wyman and Whitaker Law Firm for thinking of us again this year!

After working with foster parents for the over 15 years, I continue to be humbled and blessed by the on-going support and generosity of this community.

On behalf of the foster parents of Grant and Adams counties, thank you!
