NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Brian Berglin, 8904 Sunset Trail Road, Pasco, WA 99301 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2012-07.

FRANKLIN COUNTY

Said Conditional Use Permit application is to construct a 2,122 square foot accessory building (detached garage/storage building). The exterior of the new building is proposed to match the existing home at the site. A Conditional Use Permit is required to exceed the maximum size allowed (1,680 sf) in the Residential Suburban 20,000 sq ft. Zoning District.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Meadows Manor Acres #2, Lot 9

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The property is located east of Road 92, north of Maple Drive, along the south side of Sunset Trail Road near site address 8904 Sunset Trail Road (Parcel Number 118-140-360).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on July 10, 2012 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 N. 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application.

Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning Department, 1016 North 4th, Pasco, Washington 99301.
