Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application was received by Grant County on June 7, 2012 from RAM Farms, LLC, Rick Mianecki, 9672 Road E SW, Royal City, WA 99357. Owner's Designated Contact: Columbia NW Engineering, PS, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837 (509) 766-1226 and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of June 14, 2012. PROJECT: A clustered Short Plat of an 89.02 ± acre parcel into two (2) lots located in the Agricultural Zoning District of Grant County. Proposed Lot 1 will be approx. 3.75 acres in size and lot #2 will be 84.34 acres in size. Proposed lots 1 and 2 currently do not contain any structures. PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture.
