Notice is hereby given that a Grading Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on April 25, 2012 from Catarino Alvarado, 5703 Rd. K NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-760-4812), were found to be technically complete on June 11, 2012.  PROJECT:  The placement and grading of approximately 1,000 cubic yards of fill (approximately 900 cubic yds. of dirt and approximately 100 cubic yds. of gravel) for the purpose of creating a level area to enable the storage of vehicles and future construction of a carport and a shop on a 1.48-acre parcel in the Rural Residential 3 zoning district of Grant County.  ADDITIONAL PERMITS:  Building Permits.  STUDIES REQUIRED:  None.  LOCATION:  The site address of the subject parcel is 5703 Rd. K NE, Moses Lake, WA.  The subject area is an approximately 0.54-acre portion of Parcel #12-0889-000, which is also known as the west 1/2 of Lot 8 of the Pen Meadows plat, and is located approximately 2 miles north of Moses Lake, WA, and approximately 0.28 miles south of the intersection of Rd. 6 NE and Rd.
