Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application has been received by Grant County on May 22, 2012 from Kirk Sidwell (Designated Contact:  Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Surveying, PO Box 505, 130 1st Ave. NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), were found to be technically complete on June 12, 2013.

    Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application has been received by Grant County on May 22, 2012 from Kirk Sidwell (Designated Contact:  Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Surveying, PO Box 505, 130 1st Ave. NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), were found to be technically complete on June 12, 2013.  PROJECT:  To short plat 109.72± acre parcel to create one residential lot and one agricultural lot.  Lot 1 will be 6.53± acres with 2.68± acres used for residential purposes.  Proposed Lot two (2) will be 102.39± acres with no existing structures.  STUDIES REQUIRED:  None.  LOCATION:  The subject parcel is located on the south side of the East Low Canal at the intersection of Road "W" SE and Road 2 SE, and in all of Farm Unit 22, Irrigation Block 43, Columbia Basin Project, lying in Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 30 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #19-1060-000).  PRESENT ZONING:  Agriculture.  PUBLIC HEARING:  None.  CONSISTENCY STATEMENT:  This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.  Copies of application materials (File #12-5690) are available from RoseMary Dart, Grant County Planning Department, 457 1st Avenue NW, PO Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823, (509)754-2011, ext. 614.  Office hours:  8 am-12 noon, 1-5 pm, M-F.  Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5 pm on July 2, 2012.  Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile.  All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
