NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 3, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room,

Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding budget extension request for the following Grant County Departments:

1. Emergency Management in the amount of $ $3,058.04 for a contract amendment from the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) to purchase 4- Canberra Radiation Monitors.

2. Commissioners Office (Administrative Services Coordinator) in the amount of $20,321.00 to facilitate the increased funds approved through an Amendment E to Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) Contract #10-46111-608 between the Washington State Department of Commerce and Grant County.
