NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD June 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding to consider a Unified Development Code Amendment File # 12-5684, repeal in its entirety Grant County Code Ch. 25.16 "Enforcement and Penalties" and replace it with a new Grant County Code Ch. 25.16 "Enforcement and Penalties".
