Kyle Wade Robnett

Kyle Wade Robnett (Wylie), longtime Moses Lake resident passed away at his home Sunday, June 10, 2012 near Leavenworth, Washington. Graveside Services will be held at Pioneer Memorial Gardens, Moses Lake, WA Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.  Please sign the online guestbook or leave a note for the family at www.kayserschapel.com Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake. Kyle was born to Perry and Hazel Robnett, September 30, 1950 in Dallas, Texas. He moved with his mother and sister to Moses Lake in 1955. He attended Peninsula Elementary School, Frontier Junior High, and graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1968. Kyle married right out of High School and was blessed with two sons, Shawn and Jeff. Kyle worked for several local trucking companies as a long haul

trucker as well as working construction. Kyle was married to Janet Sasse in 1990. Together Kyle and Jan owned and operated the Cabana Motel and Sweet Water Car Wash in Othello, WA. Together they retired and moved to their beautiful dream home, a cabin near Leavenworth, WA. Kyle loved animals. He and Jan had 2 dogs, Dozer and Jolie and 2 cats, Pudge and Meeka.

He loved spending time outdoors, camping, snowmobiling, hunting, and four wheeling. Kyle was happiest spending time with his granddaughters, they had many adventures together, a day of sledding followed by outdoor bonfire and s'mores; four wheeling to picnics in the forest and lazy days just being goofy around the cabin. With the grandchildren he enjoyed watching So You Think you Can Dance on T.V. Kyle was the Master of Breakfast at the cabin. He was proud of his extensive gun collection and his Duck's Unlimited Art Collection. Kyle had a great sense of humor, he loved to laugh and make others laugh. Kyle is survived by his loving wife Janet (Sasse); Sons, Shawn (Jill) Robnett of Kimberly, ID and Jeff (Carrie) Robnett of Moses Lake, WA; Step-daughter Kim Korpinen of Moses Lake, WA; The apples of his eyes 7 precious granddaughters, Stephanie, Shiann, Kayla, Samantha, Avery, Rachel and ShaylieAnn; his sister Sherry (Bill) Ohland of Moses Lake, WA; and brother Roger Gerber of Kennewick, WA. He was preceded in death by his father James Perry Robnett, his mother Hazel Robnett Gerber and his step-son Jon Korpinen.
