Food worker card exams scheduled

ROYAL CITY – Food worker card exams will be given by the Grant County Health District at the Royal City Community Center on Wednesday, June 20.

The class will begin at 10 a.m. Late arrivals will not be admitted, according to the Health District's Darcy Moss.

In addition to reading the Health Card Book, which is available at the Royal City City Hall, applicants may attend a 30-minute video in order to take the exam.  

If you bring your current card and it is 60 days before the expiration date, you will still need to watch the video and take the test, but you may renew your card for three years.

Picture ID will be required. Cost of the exam is $10.  Cash or Money Orders only will be accepted.
