You are summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 14th, day of June, 2012, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of Plaintiff ABUNDANT LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD OF BASIN CITY, a Washington non-profit corporation, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff ABUNDANT LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD OF BASIN CITY, a Washington non-profit corporation, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
Plaintiff brings this lawsuit to establish Plaintiff’s fee ownership of the real property described in the Complaint. Plaintiff is the successor to the ABUNDANT LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD OF BASIN CITY, an expired non-profit corporation. Additionally as to that part of the real estate held by Defendant ABUNDANT LIFE CHURCH, an expired non-profit Washington corporation, the real party was intended to be Plaintiff, and the use of the name ABUNDANT LIFE CHURCH was an error.
