The amendments were reviewed by the Grant County Board of County Commissioners at an open record public hearing on May 29, 2012, to consider the recommendations and findings from the Grant County Planning Commission along with other public comment pertaining to the proposed amendments. The applicant and/or a party with standing may appeal this decision to the Eastern Washington Growth Management Hearings Board by filing a written appeal together with the applicable filing fee with the Eastern Washington Growth Management Hearings Board, located at 319 7th Ave SE, Suite 103, P.O. Box 40953, Olympia, WA 98504, (360)586-0260 within 60 calendar days of the date the decision was published, pursuant to the provisions of Grant County Code 25.12.100 and RCW 36.70A.290..
