As required by WAC 197-11 Moses Lake School District hereby informs the public of its Determination of Nonsignficance (DNS) for a Major Plat of a 60 acre (more or less) property owned by the Moses Lake School District located south of Moses Lake High School.

As required by WAC 197-11 Moses Lake School District hereby informs the public of its Determination of Nonsignficance (DNS) for a Major Plat of a 60 acre (more or less) property owned by the Moses Lake School District located south of Moses Lake High School. The plat will divide the property into four lots.  The Moses Lake School District is acting as the lead agency for this action.  Contact Mark Johnson at (509) 766-2650, or 920 W. Ivy Ave., Moses Lake, WA 98837 for information and/or copies of the Environmental Checklist and DNS.  Comments are due at Moses Lake School District by 4:30 p.m. June 22, 2012.
