MOSES LAKE - Moses Lake police are looking for two men who allegedly threatened a man if he didn't hand over his bike.

The victim, a 25-year-old Moses Lake man, told police he was riding his bike south on Division Avenue near Mizzou Court Friday about 1:30 a.m. when a dark colored, two door Saturn or Dodge Neon car pulled up next to him, according to an incident report released by Moses Lake Police Capt. Dave Ruffin.

"Two Hispanic males got out of the vehicle and threatened to be up (the victim) if he did not give them the bike," Ruffin stated. "In fear for his life, (the victim) gave the subjects the bike."

One of the suspects - who the victim described as measuring 5 foot 10 inches with an athletic build and dark, short buzzed hair - rode the bike north on Division and turned east on Nelson Road. The other suspect, described as measuring approximately 5 foot 10 inches with an athletic build and dark "afro" hair, ran back to the vehicle and drove off in the same direction.

The bike is a 2008 "Premium DUO" with a black frame and gold accents, Ruffin said.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Moses Lake Police Department at 509-764-3887.
