NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Resolution No. 2012-033-CC, Findings And Determination for order of sale, that Grant County will hold a Public Auction, at 10:00 am, for cash or by cashiers check, on the 8th day of June, 2012, in the Commissioners Hearing Room, located at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, Washington, to dispose of Grant County personal property declared surplus on May 22, 2012, more particularly described as follows:

for cash or by cashiers check, on the 8th day of June, 2012, in the Commissioners Hearing Room, located at 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, Washington, to dispose of Grant County personal property declared surplus on May 22, 2012, more particularly described as follows:
1995 Liberty Homes Inc., located at 3675 Rd 12.08 NW outside Ephrata, Model KA147011 Mobile Home, Serial #06-L-26967, a single wide 14'x 66' mobile home with 924 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and two baths, forced air propane furnace and air conditioning, 10' x 20' addition with deck, 8' x 10' storage shed, electric meter base, power panels and propane tank. Removal of manufactured home by purchaser shall occur within thirty (30) days of sale as a condition of sale. The purchaser will be responsible to disconnect the mobile from the well line and septic system and move same off the site within 30 days following the purchase as a condition of the sale. Minimum Bid is Twenty-Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($2,500.00), plus use tax of $2,066.17, plus prorated 2012 taxes of $250.22, plus additional $5,000.00 refundable deposit. Payment of use tax and property taxes can be paid by personal checks.
Please contact the Grant County Treasurer's Office for special conditions of sale. The above-described personal property will not be sold for less than the amount set forth herein. Recording of title will be issued within sixty (60) days following lawful removal of manufactured home from site.
