Reader concerned about bills

Have you tried to mail your power bill, land taxes and other items to Ephrata from Warden? I have! My husband goes into the post office to purchase stamps for these bills so we are sure that at least these bills get into the back part of the post office but they do not get to their destination in Ephrata. I mailed land taxes on the first of April to Ephrata and the Grant County Treasurer said they did not get my payment. PUD did not get payment nor did Rimrock Meadows. So, where did these bills go? They had stamps, were addressed nicely, and had a return address. If anyone knows where they went, please let me in on where these payments went.
