Sockeyes dominate the summer fishing scene
The sockeye fishing fleet is out in force now in the Brewster Pool. Here you see boats trolling along the channel near the shore all the way up to just off the mouth of the Okanogan River.
Rollie Schmitten of Lake Wenatchee holds one of several sockeye we landed while fishing in the Brewster Pool. Anglers that are on the water at the crack of dawn have the best success here right now.
