An ordinance amending Chapter 18.20 of the Moses Lake Municipal Coded entitled "Residential Zone"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which allows structures to encroach within the rear year setback.

This ordinance, which was passed on July 24, 2012 will take effect immediately.
