Hector gets second ICAR win
EPHRATA - It was a night of action packed racing and fun with the crowd at Ephrata Raceway Park Saturday with the ICAR Late Models and Vintage Modifieds visiting and putting on a great night of racing along with our own Jerry's Auto Supply Racing Series Ephrata Pioneer Muffler II Pure Stocks and Schaeffer Oil Mini Stocks.
In the ICAR Late Models, hometown favorite Bart Hector Jr. had a fast time of 14.63 and was the winner of the 50 lap main event, which ran under 13 minutes. Bart took over the lead lap from Andy Brown who came in second. Brad Morrison finished third.
Ephrata Raceway Park welcomed back the Vintage Modifieds who made their return to put on a great show. Robert Wheeler set the pace with a fast time of 15.50, and was the winner of the main event.
