NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider an amendment to an existing Master Planned Resort to convert an existing 14 unit motel to 14 condominium units in Crescent Bay Resort.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider an amendment to an existing Master Planned Resort to convert an existing 14 unit motel to 14 condominium units in Crescent Bay Resort.  The project site is within Crescent Bay Resort located at 23772 NW Crescent Bay Drive, Quincy, WA.  The property is located in S 18, T 20 N, R 23 E, W.M. Grant County, WA (Parcel #14-1285-840).  Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
