Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on July 2, 2012 from Richard B. Hansen (Designated Contact: Gilbert C. Bailey, Columbia NW Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-766-1226), was found to be technically complete on July 02, 2012. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 141.5 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 2.32 acres in size, with no current development on the site. Lot 2 will be approximately 2.50 acres in size, with an existing manufactured home, garage, storage building and a cargo container. Lot 2 will continue to be used for residential purposes. Lot 3 will be approximately 1.28 acres in size, with an existing single-family residence, septic system and well. Lot 3 will continue to be used for residential purposes. Lot 4 will be approximately 131.35 acres, and will continue its present agricultural use. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 4481 NE Mae Valley Road, Moses Lake, WA. It is located approximately a quarter mile North of I-90, bordering both Road D NE and Mae Valley Road in the NW quarter of Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #16-1547-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
