Hidden Meadow to hold “Music in the Meadow” concerts

MOSES LAKE – Hidden Meadow, the outdoor event place located outside of Moses Lake, is planning two outdoor concerts this summer.

Together, they will be known as “Music in the Meadow.”

The first concert is planned for Saturday, July 28, and will feature local bands Ray G & the DSP and the Lake City Blues Band.

Shannon Hintz, owner of Hidden Meadow, organized the concerts after hearing people comment that they’d never been to her location.

“We want to show the community our facility,” she said. “We also want to give back to local non-profits by allowing them to be involved in the food and drinks and profits from the event.”

Hintz said it was also important to showcase local talent.

Hidden Meadow is a landscaped facility, typically rented out for weddings. It can also be rented for corporate events, fund raising events, family reunions and the like. It is located seven miles north of Moses Lake and a half mile off the main road.

Another concert is planned for Saturday, August 25, and will feature Bloodline, a classic rock band with ties to the area.

“Our local bands are ecstatic that for the first time Hidden Meadow will be hosting a music event open to the public,” event planner Tyson Hintz said.
