NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 9:15 am or as soon thereafter as possible in the meeting room of the Franklin County Commissioners, Room 201, Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 N. 4th, Pasco, Washington

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 9:15 am or as soon thereafter as possible in the meeting room of the Franklin County Commissioners, Room 201, Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 N. 4th, Pasco, Washington, to hear objections and comments about placing a ballot measure on the November 6, 2012, general election ballot for the creation of one or more aquifer protection areas per RCW 36.36.020 in the Franklin County voting precincts numbers 83, 84, 88, 89, 95, 96 and 97, which includes the cities of Kahlotus and Mesa, for the purpose of funding the protection, preservation, and rehabilitation of subterranean water.  All interested persons are invited to attend and/or submit written comments.
