Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat Application was received on 4/3/12 from Adams Bros. Properties, LLC, (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Surveying, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 7/3/12.

    Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat Application was received on 4/3/12 from Adams Bros. Properties, LLC, (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Surveying, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 7/3/12. PROJECT: A Short Plat of two (2) lots into three (3) lots in the Agriculture Zone of Grant County. Lot 1 will be 148.54 acres and will be for agriculture use.  Lot 2 will remain 2.44 acres and has an existing home.  Lot 3 will 2.53 acres and will be for residential use. ADDITIONAL PERMITS:  None known at this time.  STUDIES REQUIRED:  None known at this time.  LOCATION: The project site is located in the NW corner of the intersection of Rd. 5 NW and Rd. E NW, in a portion of the E 1/2 of Section 6, Township 19 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA (Parcel #s 31-3232-000, 31-3233-000)   ZONING: Agriculture.  CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, international Building Code, and International Fire Code.
