Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development) and SEPA Checklist was received on 5/1/12 from Chris Jacobson & Dorothy Harris, 588 N. Line Rd., Ephrata, WA 98823, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 7/2/12.

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development) and SEPA Checklist was received on 5/1/12 from Chris Jacobson & Dorothy Harris, 588 N. Line Rd., Ephrata, WA 98823, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 7/2/12. PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to undertake the following work: 1. Remove woody vegetation, grub and excavate 100 cy from a 15' strip x 100' lot width adjacent to lake. 2. Replace approx. 40 cy to re-establish pre-existing grade on 40' of frontage leveled to wildlife plantings. Import sand on 60' of frontage and build a 2' wall 15' above high water line. 3. All work to be done above high water mark except removal of one stump and tree to be removed during low water period. 4. Installation of a seasonal dock 48' long by 6' wide with a 16' section attached to the end of the dock at a 90 degree angle. A removable boat lift will also be installed. 5. Install rocks (1-2 man size) at the water line between the lake and the two 20' wide wildlife planting areas located at the north and south ends of parcel. Rocks would be placed at low water period during winter and located at normal summer waterline. SHORELINE DESIGNATION: Suburban. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: WDFW Hydraulic Approval. STUDIES REQUIRED: None known at this time. LOCATION: The site is 32240 Lakeview Rd., Coulee City, WA, located on the east Shore of Blue Lake, approximately 8 miles southwest of Coulee City. In a portion of Section 20, Township 24 N, Range 27 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #07-0960-000. ZONING: Shoreline Development 3. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, international Building Code, and International Fire Code.
