Sealed bids from bidders pre-qualified pursuant to RCW 54.04.085 will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M. on July 30, 2012 for Labor to Construct Wheeler-Ruff 115kV Line Rebuild Project as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-3459H.
