Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on June 20, 2012 from Wilbur-Ellis Company (Designated Contact: Eric Jenks, PO Box 511, Yuba City, CA 95992, 530-673-6770), were found to be technically complete on June 25, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on June 20, 2012 from Wilbur-Ellis Company (Designated Contact: Eric Jenks, PO Box 511, Yuba City, CA 95992, 530-673-6770), were found to be technically complete on June 25, 2012. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the
only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained
upon request. PROJECT: The installation of one (1) new 20,000-gallon bulk chemical storage tank and associated plumbing into a previously permitted concrete containment pad at an existing Agriculture Chemical/Fertilizer Distribution Facility on a 3.70-acre parcel in the Rural Light Industrial zoning district of Grant County. This proposal also includes the future installation of two (2) additional storage tanks into the same containment pad. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is an approximately 2,002-square ft. portion of Parcel #18-0114-000. The site is located approximately 4 miles southeast of Moses Lake, WA, and near the intersection of Road 1.3 SE and Road O SE, and in the NE quarter of Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Rural Light Industrial. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
