Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application was received by Grant County on June 21, 2012 from James T. & Tina M. VanderVeen, 4200 Rd Q S.W., Quincy, WA  98848. (509) 785-6291.  Owner's Designated Contact:  Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, LLC., 1322 Basin St. S.W., Suite "A", Ephrata, WA  (509) 754-0135 and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of June 26, 2012.  PROJECT:   A clustered Short Plat of an 254.44 acre parcel into four (4) lots located in the Agricultural Zoning District of Grant County.  Proposed Lot 1 and Lot 2 will be approx. 2.5 acres in size, lot 3 will be approx. 11.85 acres and Lot 4 will be approx. 232.22 acres.  Lot #1 has residential capacities and currently is vacant.  Lot #2 has an existing home and garage.
