Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application was received by Grant County on June 21, 2012 from James T. & Tina M. VanderVeen, 4200 Rd Q S.W., Quincy, WA 98848. (509) 785-6291. Owner's Designated Contact: Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, LLC., 1322 Basin St. S.W., Suite "A", Ephrata, WA (509) 754-0135 and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of June 26, 2012. PROJECT: A clustered Short Plat of an 254.44 acre parcel into four (4) lots located in the Agricultural Zoning District of Grant County. Proposed Lot 1 and Lot 2 will be approx. 2.5 acres in size, lot 3 will be approx. 11.85 acres and Lot 4 will be approx. 232.22 acres. Lot #1 has residential capacities and currently is vacant. Lot #2 has an existing home and garage. Lot #3 has no residential capacity and will be utilized for Agricultural uses only. Lot # 4 has no existing structures and contains the required open space. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. LOCATION: The parcel is located at 4247 Beverly Burke Road SW approximately 2 1/2 miles south of the South Frontage Road W. located in Sections 19 & 30, Township 18 N, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA.
