NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT AN AIR POLLUTION SOURCE

The State of Washington Department of Ecology has received an application to operate a compost facility from the Royal Organic Products, LLC., 18076 Road 13.5 S.W., Royal City, WA 99357. After review of the completed Notice of Construction application and other information on file with the agency, Ecology has made a decision that this project will conform to all requirements as specified in Chapters 173-400 WAC and 173-460 WAC. Copies of the preliminary determination and other pertinent information are available for public review at the Department of Ecology, 4601 N. Monroe, Spokane, 99205-1295 and at the Royal City city building, 445 Camelia Street NE, Royal City. The public is invited to comment on the project by submitting written comments postmarked within 30 days of this notice to John Cleary at the above Ecology address. A public hearing may be held if significant public interest is generated by the proposal.
