EPHRATA – If you'd like to have an impact on state and national Republican Party politics, Grant County Republican Committee chairwoman Dani Bolyard urges your involvement in party caucuses on March 3.

The locations of the caucuses are posted at the Grant County elections office. They are also listed on the GCRP website.

Republicans will caucus to begin creating a platform and electing delegates for the convention process that leads to the nomination of a Republican presidential candidate.

“This is our only way to choose a presidential nominee,” Bolyard said.

Delegates to the county convention will be chosen at the caucuses.  They will represent their precincts in the county platform discussion and will elect delegates to the state convention.

Delegates to the state convention will finalize the state party platform and elect delegates to the national convention.

“This is the perfect way to make your voice heard in the political discussion,” Bolyard said.
