SMALL WORKS ROSTER NOTICE

Samaritan Hospital has established a small works roster for public works projects of less than $300,000. This roster may be used to award contracts for work in one of the following categories:

General Contractors Maintenance, HVAC/Refrigeration Repair/Installation, Electrical,

Construction/Remodel, Painting Interior/Exterior, Roofing, Plumbing, Fabrication “Metal”,

Fire Alarm Detection Systems, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler Systems, Cabinetry, Window Washing,

Landscaping, Landscape Maintenance, Tree Service, Irrigation, Asphalt Paving, Curb, Gutter

and Sidewalks, Parking Lot/Street Striping, Parking Lot Sweep. Flooring Installation/Alteration

All qualified, Licensed and bonded contractors wishing to be included on this small works roster should respond to Mona Moreno, Plant Services, at Samaritan Hospital, 801 E. Wheeler Road, Moses Lake, WA 98837. Applications may be obtained at Samaritan Hospital Plant Services Department, 509-793-9640.
