City of Othello, Rezone Request

Notice is hereby given that the Othello City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a request from Darren and Nicole Amoruso and Judy Meek to consider a rezone request on Tax Parcels No. 2-100-45-117-0300 and 2-100-45-117-0200. A public hearing will be held before the City of Othello City Council on Monday February 13, 2012 beginning at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible at the City of Othello City Hall, Council Meeting Room, 500 East Main Street, Othello, Washington.

The request is to rezone the two parcels consisting of approximately 9.4 acres from Commercial 2 (C-2) to Surburban1 (S-1)

The City Council may make a final decision upon close of the public hearing or continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision regarding the rezone request.
