Non-compacted waste rate rises $4

EPHRATA – Grant County Solid Waste has announced a rise in the rate for disposing of non-compacted waste at all county-operated drop box collection sites.
The new rate for one cubic yard or more will be $18, according to GCSW's Janice Goeden. It was $14.
The rate for one cubic yard or more of compacted waste will remain at $24, Goeden said. The rate for one half cubic yard or less remains at $6.
The operating hours of all drop box sites, except for O'Sullivan Dam and Coulee City, will remain the same. O'Sullivan will go from 9 a.m.-12:15 p.m on Wednesday and Saturday. Coulee City will go from 1-5 p.m. on Fridays and from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturdays.
