Louise was born on December 5th, 1919 in Ponchatoula, Louisiana to Emmett and Ella Bardwell. She had 7 sisters and 1 brother. Louise moved to Moses Lake in 1964 with her husband Jake Jacobsen Sr. and 3 children. Louise was a wonderful mom, wife, and friend to many. She was also known to many as Grammy, Weezy, Aunt Louise, Momma Lou, and Grammy Weasel. Louise was very busy; she was very active in her church and was always on the front line of helping others. She knew the source of her shining light and never hid that light from anyone. Louise participated in working on the election board, senior center, and other community endeavors. Serving others first was Louise's greatest trait. We will all miss her laugh and smile.

Louise is survived by her 2 sons, Jake and Bobby Jacobsen, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
