Notice is hereby given that Building Permit and SEPA Checklist

were received by Grant County on 1/12/12 from the Port of Moses

Lake, 7810 Andrews St. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837; and were found to

be technically complete on January 13, 2012.

     Notice is hereby given that Building Permit and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on 1/12/12 from the Port of Moses Lake, 7810 Andrews St. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837; and were found to be technically complete on January 13, 2012.   Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.    This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures.  A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT:  The proposal is to build a 100' x 125' pre-engineered metal Warehouse Building.   ZONING:  Grant County Airport. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit, Federal Aviation Administration Form 7460.  STUDIES SUBMITTED: None.   CONSISTENCY STATEMENT:  This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code and International Fire Code.  LOCATION: The subject parcel is located on 24th St. between Chanute St. and Randolph Rd., in a portion of S. 33, T. 20 N, R. 28 E, W. M., Grant County, Washington; (Parcel #17-1055-004). PUBLIC HEARING: None.  Copies of the application materials for File #12-5650 are available from Dorothy Black, Senior Planner at the Grant County Planning Department at 457 1st Ave NW, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 625; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday.  Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm on February 7, 2012 to the Planning Department.  All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile.  All persons, agencies or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
