Reward offered in case of missing man

MOSES LAKE – Moses Lake man Dan Toya, reportedly missing, has still not been found as of Jan. 13, and the family is offering a cash reward for information that could lead to his whereabouts.

The amount of the reward is not yet determined. Funds are still being collected, according to Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones.

Toya, 64, was reported missing on Dec. 23. He was last seen taking his golden retriever Molly to a vet in Moses Lake. But it is thought he became lost in the Potholes Reservoir area, where is pickup was found that evening.

Toya, a well-known area farmer, is described as an Asian man who stands 5-9 and weighs 180. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
