be technically complete on January 9, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review & SEPA Checklist was received by Grant County on December 16, 2012 from JL Ventures, LLC, DESIGNATED CONTACT:  John Wright, 9679 Superior Court NE, Moses Lake, WA  98837, (509) 750-2427; and were found to be technically complete on January 9, 2012.  Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.   This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures.    A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request.  PROJECT:  This proposal is to construct a 49,600 sq ft warehouse/distribution center (no plumbing) with an attached 2,800 sq ft office, and four (4) 12,000 sq ft warehouses.  The warehouses will be used for dry storage only.  No fill is required for this project.  ZONING: Urban Heavy Industrial.  ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit.  STUDIES SUBMITTED: None.  CONSISTENCY STATEMENT:  This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code and International Fire Code.  LOCATION: The subject parcel is located approximately 800 feet south of “N” Road NE and Road 2 NE, in a portion of Section 29, Township 19 N, Range 29 E, W.M., Grant County, WA.  PUBLIC HEARING:  None.  Copies of the application materials for File #11-5645 are available from RoseMary Dart, Assistant Planner at the Grant County Planning Department at 457 1st Avenue NW, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 620; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday.  Comments must be submitted no later than 5 pm January 27, 2012 to the Planning Department.  All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile.  All persons, agencies or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
