Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that Grant County has cancelled until

further notice a public hearing scheduled for February 8, 2012 for

the following project:

     Notice is hereby given that Grant County has cancelled until further notice a public hearing scheduled for February 8, 2012 for the following project:  A Variance received on December 2, 2011 from H & V Land, LLC (Designated Contact:  Harold J. Moberg, PO Box N, 611 East Riviera Avenue, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-1699).  PROJECT:  A Variance to the 4-ft. front yard height restriction for fences as defined by GCC § 23.08.020(f), to enable construction of a 10-ft. high security fence on a 4.56-acre parcel in the Urban Heavy Industrial zoning district of Grant County.  LOCATION:  The site address of the subject parcel is 13624 North Frontage Road East, Moses Lake, WA.  The subject parcel is known as Lot 1 of the Walker Industrial Short Plat, Replat No. 1.  The site is located approximately 1 1/2 miles east of Moses Lake, WA, and approximately 1/2 mile west of the intersection of Interstate 90 and Road N NE, and in the NE quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-2143-000).  This proposal will  not  be considered at the Board of Adjustment hearing on February 8, 2012.  In the event that a hearing is rescheduled at a later date, an additional Notice of Hearing will be issued at that time.  Copies of application materials (File #11-5638) are available from Rick Rettig, Grant County Planning Department, 457 1st Avenue NW, PO Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823, (509)754-2011, ext. 622.  Office hours:  8 am-12 noon, 1-5 pm, M-F.
