January 17, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding to consider adopting a resolution to enroll the County in the "Voluntary Stewardship Program" created by the Legislature through ESHB1886; or to continue to use the existing Critical Areas Ordinance (Grant County Code 24.08) for agricultural uses.   The Board may make a decision upon close of the public hearing or continue the public hearing to a specific date and time for deliberation and decision.  Verbal testimony will be accepted during the hearing.
