The Franklin County Noxious Weed Control Board is requesting proposals for the purchase of a new/used four wheel drive UTV/ MUV (side by side). Minimum requirements: water cooled engine, 700cc or greater, selective 4 wheel drive, digital speedometer, bed capacity of 400 or more pounds independent rear suspension.
