Victor Ottmar, 82, longtime Moses Lake resident passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at the Moses Lake Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1601 W. Valley Road.  Interment with military honors will follow at Pioneer Memorial Gardens.  Please sign the online

Victor was born on January 29, 1929 in Wheeler, Washington, son of the late Christ and Pauline (Hamburg) Ottmar.  He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was stationed at several bases in the United States and at Shepherds Grove military base in England before being honorably discharged.  Victor was an irrigation farmer his entire life.  He was an active member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Moses Lake.

Victor is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Harley and Juanita Ottmar, Moses Lake; one sister, Irene Burke, Milton, Washington; two nieces.
