NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE 4175-A together with change 1-3-405
TAKE NOTICE:
That John Hyer of Moses Lake, WA has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to seasonally change the place of use and add one point of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 4175-A together with change 1-3-405.
That Ground Water Certificate 4175-A together with change 1-3-405 authorizes the withdrawal of 1200 gallons per minute, 800 acre-feet per year for seasonal irrigation of 200 acres and domestic supply within all of Section 15; W 1/2 SW 1/4; SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 14, all in T.21 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Lincoln County Washington.
That the authorized point of withdrawal is from four wells located within the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 15, NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 16, SW 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 14, all being within T. 21 N., R.31 E.W.M. Lincoln County, Washington.
That they propose to add an existing well within the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County and seasonally transfer the place of use (200 acres) under RCW 90.03.390 to the SW 1/4 of Section 9 and the NE 1/4 of Section 7, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County, Washington.
Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty - ($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from February 24, 2012.
